The Universal Printing staff is dedicated, experienced, quality-minded, and friendly. We are dedicated to giving our customers a quality job at reasonable prices, quick turn-around and peace of mind.

Mascot and Customer Greeter: Shadow is a 6-year old chocolate Labrador retriever who has been our mascot and chief greeter since he was a puppy. He loves our customers and considers it his duty to wag "hello" to everyone (only those who like dogs). He truly goes out of his way to make sure clients feel welcome and important.

Office Manager and Customer Service: Mike Johnson is a well educated and well respected member of our staff. He has been with us for over two years and has already built a reputation of fine and fair service, friendly and prompt response to customer inquiries and needs. He is our quick-turn-around specialist. Mike considers each customer who walks through the door or calls on the phone the most important person. Customers feel the concern he has for each job whether it is large or small.

Graphic Design and Typesetting: Danielle Milligan is an artist, our graphic designer and typesetter. She has developed a good rapport with our customers who know of her commitment to excellence and dedication to a perfect product when it leaves her hands. She has also developed a talent to know what the customer is looking for with very little information. She has been in this position for six years. Before this career change, she was part of our very capable customer service staff and has been in the printing business for over 19 years.

Offset Press: Eddie McGrath is the best pressman in the business and has been for over 22 years. He is a perfectionist and every job that goes through Eddie is deemed perfect. His pressroom is neat, clean and orderly. Eddie keeps the entire shop in line. He mixes custom ink colors, works wonders with his press and follows each job through to completion whether it's cutting, padding, folding or some other bindery that's needed.

Business Manager: Michael H. Johnson is a CPA and has an MBA degree. He was formerly the General Manager of a fiberoptic business of a Fortune 500 company. He has been in printing for 14 years and knows every aspect of the business - every in and every out, every up and every down. He handles our outside sales as well as all the inside day-to-day business details. Mike is invaluable to the fine tuning of large jobs that go through our shop. He evaluates large jobs and determines the time and material needed. He reviews projects and assesses the most cost effective and efficient manner to complete them. He reviews estimates to insure the job is planned, priced and promised correctly and fairly. He is our chief problem solver.

Owner: Katie Johnson has been in the printing business for almost twelve years. She has an outstanding reputation with all of our customers, and treats all of her employees with great respect, and is respected in turn. She keeps the entire work environment relaxed, with her warm smile and open friendliness. Everything she brings to the company is reflected in the quality of product that the employees deliver.
